Thank you for your long, interesting message. I feel I already know a lot about you.
I am in love with a woman who was born in Durango, Mexico. She speaks Mexican-Spanish. However, she has been living in Texas, USA for close to forty years and speaks English quite fluently.
She and I visit her son in Mexico and I feel left out of a number of their conversations because I speak only a muy pocito amount of Spanish. She has familia in Denton, Texas and when we visit them I feel left out of the Spanish conversations, though, many of the younger familia speak English.
