Hello, how are you?

wow! I'd love to visit Oregon then. It sounds like a really beautiful part of the world. It must have been really great growing up there. :)
My grandparents have been all over the world too. I think we worked out that they've been to about 40 countries or something. They said Singapore was spectactular. They stopped there on their way to Japan or it might have been Hong Kong I think. I looked at pictures of it and it really does look like an amazing place. To live there must have been like a dream. :D
I've only been to Washington State in the USA. I went to Seattle and then from there backpacked all up British Columbia. I got to do two bungee jumps at a place called Nanaimo. I also got to see Vancouver and San Juan islands which I think are North America's only rainforest but I might be wrong on that. Seattle is a great city though. I would love to live there. The views from the Space Needle were amazing and the American people were so friendly. I just realised that Oregon is the state beneath Washington isn't it? Did you ever travel up to Seattle from there?

wow! You've been to a huge number of places for someone your age. It's great to be so well travelled though. No-one can accuse you of being ignorant or anything. :)
Well, aside from my own country (England), I've been to Scotland and Wales. I live on the border with Wales and so I've been there more times than I can remember. It's a beautiful country though. On mainland Europe, I've only ever been to France but France is also a spectacular country. I guess for visitors, the best bit about England is it's wealth of history. The medieval castles and churches are very interesting. But in Wales they also have beautiful hills and mountains and valleys with high waterfalls. I've been to the US and Canada and have to say though that I think given the choice, I'd rather live in the US than England but I think one day I would like to emigrate to France. I like France because they've maintained their own deep sense of culture and national pride.
I'm still astounded by how much of America you've visited! :D Your probably the most travelled person I've spoken to on this website! haha :D Forgiving my ignorance, but what attracts you to Oregon?

yeah I'd love to visit China one day. I'd like to visit Tibet. Most backpackers I've ever spoken to say the far east is the most beautiful part of the world. A lot of people say the lushous beaches in Thailand are just out of this world too. Having said that, the USA is a beautiful country too. :D What parts of the USA have you been to?

yeah i did see the opening ceremonies. it was pretty awesome! I was watching it live on BBC 1 and I heard later they used something like 14,000 performers there. London'd hosting the games next in 2012, so it'll be a challenge to surpass Beijing.

lol I love the cold too when it's boiling hot. :D But I wish it was at least slightly warmer here now.
are you watching the Olympics? The American female soccer team was playing Japan earlier. I think they won as well.
