Hi, Both working back stage and directing depends on what
experience you have. I think I do prefer directing but you do have to have patience and know exactly what you want. After all if a show is badly directed it can fail. Back stage if you are on a crew you must know each scene and what is required for it. If you are in charge of the props as I was,then it becomes your job to make sure they are all there and know what each actor requires plus keeping the props in good condition. The main thing backstage is keeping quiet during a performance. I did ask you if you would use e mail.
It is much better than using the interpals site.
