How long have you been in Toronto for?

Well, I think trying to study English on your own is good but you also need someone who can correct you when you are making mistakes. I think the best way to become a native speaker of English is to make many native speaking friends and practice speaking everyday to become fluent in English. A tutor can help you study more quickly but i don't think you would be able to practice speaking English everyday with only a tutor.
