Not at all, I always do wrong writing in English from the view point of native English speakers.
I just accidentally found a little scratch on your description, however, if even that was not perfect, I can easily understand all what you were writing in Japanese language.

I should have to say "politeness adjust" rather than "politeness conflict" ,sorry..

are you a student? and Japanese language is your major subject?

see you :)

Hi, good day.
Basically your description is (was) understandable enough for any Japanese speaker.
However,
>>プロフィールを見て、ありがとうございます!
is not excellent enough,
there is no problem in later ありがとうございます!.
But former プロフィールを見て、sentence gives us a impression that
"(whose) profile ?"
"見て when someone see, then ..." or " after someone looked something, then.."

So, grammatical connection from (see) to next sentence of(thank you) seems slightly conflict in Japanese context,
even if "thanks reading, or thanks for your reading" is right phrase in English.

Another reason that I feel something different in プロフィールを見て as a common native Japanese speaker.
is "politeness conflict" of former プロフィールを見て、and later ありがとうございます!
as you know, Japanese language required complicated expression of politeness and howto pay respect.

So, the former has without politeness, but the later does higher politeness, both polite-less and polite-full expressions are described in one sentence.
As if I start a sentence begin from " Hey! Bother.." and put " Sincerely" at the tail.

so, If I was You (again lol) I recommend to rewrite
プロフィールを見て、ありがとうございます!
into
プロフィールを読んでもらって、ありがとうございます!
to make you more fluent writer/speaker in Japanese language.

In this case, which is better between ”(my 私の) プロフィール” or プロフィール without (私の) ?
Both (with and without) are okay.

Thanks

P.S
I willingly hear your advice and correction in my poor writing in English. Have a nice day.

hi, just a little bit of advice to your description. If i was you, I will rewrite them
みんなさん into みなさん or 皆さん.
日本から友達に会いたい into 日本の友達に会いたい or ( if "from" is preferable in your context, 日本からの友達に会いたい is also possible speaking)
and...
