I am so sorry for not replying to you earlier. I don't even know if you will read this in the meantime, but I decided to reply regardless. I am not very familiar to Cascais nightlife, I only ever go to two or three Irish pubs in Cascais downtown. Most people I know like to go to beachside bars and discos, however I don't know any by name or location. My advice would be to just walk along the beachside and see what you find.
