I would not think that you need my money, but if you are new to this site, hold on to your wallet. Lots of others, want yours and mine. I guess they think Americans just have cash to burn. My son lives in Germany. He is army, retired. More like fed up with. After 5 years deployed, he quit. He graduated from West Point, so I thought he would stay. NM is beautiful, I was born and raised in San Diego. But I love the San Francisco area. (would not live in the city there)
