I think they said it's the first one here since 1897. they had to shut down a nuclear power plant and the washing monument is closed because of cracks in the structure.

haha, well, it's not like we're california. virginia has only had 25 recorded earthquakes since it became a state way back when. lol it's the first one I can remember.
yeah. it was weird though. thought it was the train going by at first but the house was actually moving.
